An RAL quality-assured, highly weather-resistant aluminium shell is constantly subject to third-party testing and monitoring; this, for you as the end user, means that our windows and doors are specially designed to suit your needs and wishes and ensure that they remain in excellent quality. Welded, multi-resistant corner joints in a high-quality look and high water resistance offer you a maintenance-free system in an almost unlimited range of RAL/DB colours.
We offer a 10-year quality guarantee on the aluminium outer shell of the uPVC-aluminium windows you ordered. This window is perfect for houses featuring modern architecture, as the sash and frame are flush on the outside. We too want you to be able to enjoy your house and the windows that go along with it for a long time to come.
During the pane gluing process, the casement frame and glass are joined using a single-component polyurethane adhesive. The frictional connection stiffens the entire window so that the sash does not require steel reinforcement.
The elastic adhesive joint also offers high system stability, as well as increased thermal insulation, soundproofing and break-in protection. This technology has been used successfully in the automotive industry for many years and has also been in use in window construction since 2005.
Using a new type of precision high-pressure insulating foam process, three profile chambers in the fully welded window are filled all around with highly insulating thermal foam, which significantly increases the thermal insulation value of the window.
This innovative technology is ideal for houses with an external thermal insulation composite system and even for passive houses. Thanks to thermal foam, we can meet even the highest demands when it comes to thermal insulation.
This advanced technology, which has been in use since 2009, replaces the steel insert in the sash and frame with a high-tech reinforcement made of Ultradur® High Speed uPVC which is also welded in the corners.
This fusion of materials stabilises the complete frame from all sides. This results in optimal thermal insulation and higher corner strength compared to conventional steel-reinforced windows.
The uPVC window profiles featured here are made by Aluplast, arenowned profile manufacturer based in Baden-Württemberg. All uPVC window profile systems bear the RAL quality mark. Constant third-party monitoring of production guarantees the best quality.
When buying windows and doors, always look out for the RAL quality mark! You can only expect good quality from products with this seal.
