In order to seal aluminium window sills in accordance with RAL regulations, there must be a second sealing level. The slope of this level drains the rainwater, which protects the window sill on the underside from driving rain or condensation. This technology also complies with GEG regulations.

The vapour permeable waterproofing membrane (SD≤0.5) from gelbrot ensures that humidity is dissipated, and it can also be used as a vapour barrier .

The waterproofing membrane is self-adhesive on both sides and is attached to the substrate with the help of tried-and-tested Power-Haft technology and, thanks to additional plaster perforations, is absolutely secure.

In order to withstand wind and general weather, the membrane is equipped with a UV stabilizer and is also optimally protected against heavy driving rain.
