The practical levelling plates are available at windows24.com in various designs.
They are made of plastic and are U-shaped. This shape creates the largest possible support surface for windows and other building elements.
Furthermore, a recess with a locking hook for the screw is integrated in each plate. The hook effectively prevents the underlay from slipping off the screw. In this way, the element to be fastened sits extremely tightly without the material being damaged by the metal of the screw.
In addition, the well thought-out ribbing also makes it possible to place several shims on top of each other to achieve the desired distance. As the ribbing of the shims interlocks, the spacers are prevented from slipping and the construction is thus strengthened even more.
The shims, which are suitable for window, but also for door, interior and drywall construction, are available in sizes from 2 to 10 mm. Different colourings allow you to quickly and safely have the right spacer at hand. The gradations are divided as follows:
