The aluplast IDEAL TwinSet 4000 tilt and slide patio door impresses with its excellent functional performance and contemporary sleek design. Featuring a multi-chamber uPVC profile with an exterior aluminium shell, the benefits of two quality materials are combined.
The external metal cladding is highly durable and weather-resistant, which has it come with a 10-year guarantee.
The aluminium is then also available in various quality surface finishes from a metallic matt to pearl white, chocolate brown and more, ensuring that it perfectly blends or contrast with the building façade.
While the door’s exterior features a robust yet stylish cladding, its uPVC base shows on the inside. Free from lead, cadmium, and barium, this safe and innovative material with its integrated chambers ensures excellent thermal insulation and is also robust thanks to the additive technology used in its manufacturing.
The surface can then be coloured to suit customer preferences. Whether a classic white is selected to match white exterior cladding, or a warmer oak wood-replica decor is chosen, the patio door adds a sleek elegance to home interiors.
Alongside its external cladding and uPVC profile base, the aluplast IDEAL TwinSet 4000 profile also features quality extruded seals that enhance water tightness and ensure optimal weather protection. Two sealing levels then perform a similar function and come in black or white depending on the door’s colour. Thanks to these features and double or triple glazing with a thickness of 24 - 40 mm the patio door provides excellent sound protection of Rw ≤ 44dB. Whether tilted ajar or fully turned open, smooth and safe performance is guaranteed thanks to sturdy fittings, such as two security mushroom head pins and locking plates, meaning customers can enjoy open views and differing degrees of airflow with peace of mind.
