The most energy-efficient roller shutter from our front-mounted range is the flush-mounted model. Characterising this variant is its installation –the box is mounted to become one with the building façade. Commonly plastered over, the box becomes invisible so that the building’s exterior surface is all that can be seen, for example.
As with our other front-mounted shutters, the flush model can be used for both retrofitting and new-build projects.
Although the flush-mounted roller shutter is slightly more expensive than our other front-mounted models, an excellent price to performance ratio can be relied upon. The shutter features integrated Neopor® insulation, for example, which helps to prevent the creation of thermal bridges. This means that the shutter is very energy-efficient and supports the insulating qualities of the window it covers which can all save on utility bills.
As with our other roller shutters, the flush-mounted model can also be customised to suit individual preferences. Contrasting or matching high-quality RAL colours or wood replica foils can be selected for the shutter’s curtain, box, guide rails, and end strip colour, for example. Exact dimensions can also be added, and the operating mechanism can be selected based on budget and ease of use.
